The Sennheiser px100 headphones are my very favorite headphones. I bought a pair of these a few months ago and everyone was right about how good these headphones are. I originally bought them on ebay but notice that the price is much better on Amazon than you could get on ebay plus you get a warranty.

The only downside of these headphones is that the arms that hold the headphones themselves are made of plastic and occasionally they are able to break if you do not treat them well.

Almost every forum and messageboard and all of those hifi pros will agree that these are the best headphones under $100 on the market. They are a steal for sure.

The Sennheiser PX 100 Headphones use dynamic supra-aural mini headphones and a slim, lightweight design to provide convenience and superior sound to the traveler or outdoor user. Sennheiser's duoful diaphragms with spiral embossing provide high-resolution sound, while the twin damping technology creates crisp, fast bass response, helped by 80ppi polyurethane and special perforated elements. The ear cups can be turned 90 degrees and closed up, then put into a rugged carrying case that can fit into a shirt pocket. The included headband padding helps provide the perfect, snug fit for your head.

The headphones that are included when you buy a personal stereo player may not be the best performers around. You can get much better sound by upgrading to a better headphone. Take this Sennheiser PX100 as an example. An open design, these lightweight and small headphones deliver amazingly good, punchy sound with good bass response. Most people should find these to be a great pair of headphones. They're so light that you might forget you're wearing them. Also, they include a case that is designed to have the cord wound around it, which makes it very easy to just toss them into a bag.

Geat sounding headphone with solid bass, like switching on a quality subwoofer in your audio system. They replaced my 'high end' Sennheiser HD-650, because the PX-100 have a better overall balance on all volume levels; I don't understand it for this price, but they do!
Strengths:
Great overall dynamic sound and bass on all volume levels. Very lightweight, foldable and multi-functional, because of the high sensetivity.
Weaknesses:
Maybe too cheap (30 Euro) to be taken serious...; try them out and you're 'sold'!
3,5mm plug, so you need to buy an 6,3mm adapter or extension lead

Everything sounded better then I expected with these headphones. I hate giving a review that sounds like an ad, but to be totally honest, from what I've seen (or rather heard), these headphones can't be beat for the price. Although Sennheiser meant these to be portable headphones, I will be the first to admit that I would easily make these my only pair of headphones, and at just over $30 (USD), there's no reason I can think of that most of you shouldn't do the same (unless your an extreme audiophile). Of course, there is the fact that people can hear what you’re hearing and they do shake on your head a bit when you’re listening to something with a lot of bass at a high volume. If those things don't bother you then these are for you.

I might b getting some PX100s . They're bloody fantastic (Sennheiser PX100s) cos they are so bassy have a good frequency range, which makes them one of the better all round portable headphones.
